Editing mini calendar

Good afternoon everybody,

I've found out that there's something weird with the mini calendar links.
When I click on the "month" or "year" links it just reloads the same page (actually home page) putting the big calendar in the content position.
Thats not good since I have some modules in home page that I don't want to be in the same page with the big calendar.
I'd like to put the calendar in his own page and just go to it when I click on the mini calendar links.

I edited the components\com_eventbooking\views\calendar\tmpl\mini.php file in order to get what I want but nothing changed.
I even deleted the online file and the mini calendar still works. What file do I have to edit in order to change the mini calendar?

The issue you describe seems strange to me. Could you please send me the link to the page so that I can try it myself?
