pay pal plugin

this is on a jom 2.5 site, my client has created an event, all works well when the registration goes to paypal to complete they are getting this error(see attached) I'm just trouble shooting and trying to correct, I think this is a pay pal issue, but want to double check here to make sure it's not an event booking issue, because of the older version. The email address it's referencing is the one they have always used with your event system without issue, and they claim to be able to log into pay pal with that email address, please advise.

I believe it is a problem with that Paypal account. You can try to switch to your Paypal account for example and it should work

So in this case, they will need to contact Paypal and ask them about it.
