Pulling Event data from backend was created by Chris Nelson
Hello,

Is there a way that I can pull event data from the backend? Where is this information stored?

I guess it depends what data you want :)
I know you can Export Registration via the button at the top of the Registrant Manager. Other than that, I think you might have to go into your website's database directly.

Data is stored in the following tables in the DB. Just be careful if playing around in there -- you could wreck your EB data OR even kill your entire site

I don't really understand this question. If you want to see list of events from backend of your site, just access to Events Booking -> Events to see it.

If you want to know where the data is stored, then it is stored in #__eb_events database table.

Please explain more details about your question so that we can give you the exactly answer !

Sorry for late reply.

We are wanting to pull the registrant info from the events themselves. This would include all custom fields as well from the registration process.

I think the built-is EXPORT REGISTRATION feature should do what you want.
From the back-end, click REGISTRANTS then EXPORT REGISTRATION. EB will generate a CSV file with all your registrant info, including custom fields.

Sample:

Hi

Is it possible for the export, to include the extra custom fields that are in the fields.xml file?

Thanks a lot!

At the moment, it is not possible. I will consider adding support for it in the next release. However, if we include that custom fields, all custom fields in the fields.xml will be included.

OK, sounds great! Is it possible to give a timeframe of when it will be implemented?

Thank you very much.

This doesn't have high priority for now. So you might have to wait for 4 weeks to have this feature available in the extension
