I proceed with a group registration, collect the information for the 5 members of the registration including their email. It is an offline payment. When I click on process registration, it shows the Thank you page but with the message "You must provide at least one recipient email". As well, the administrator gets an email but none of the registrants do and neither do the Notification emails addresses included in the default configuration. I have Collect Members information in group registration" and "Send confirmation email to all group members" also set to yes.
Any help is much appreciated - this needs to go live in a couple of days...

Hi Claude
I think there are something wrong with your settings. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to registration page
We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you

I am having a similar problem. No error message, but members of the group don't get emails, only the billing email address.

Hi Laura
1. Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option "Send confirmation email to all group members", make sure you set it to Yes
2. Please go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, look at Messages tab, and make sure you entered data for the two messages below:
- Group Member Email Subject
- Group Member Email Body
After that, email should be sent properly to group members

Ah, one of the assistants left the subject line off the group email and I missed it. That fixed it. Thank you.
