Waiting List

Hello,
We have a number of registrants on our waiting list for an event and places are now available. Is there any way of automatically adding them or do we need to manually enter all their details?

What version of the extension you are using? From version 1.7.2, users join waiting list will be managed in Events Booking -> Registrants (with status Waiting List), so to make them as registrant, simply edit the registration record, change status from Waiting List -> Paid and they will become your registrants

Otherwise, you will have to enter it manually. Go to Events Booking -> Registrants, create registration records to add these waiting list users into registrants
