Front End Registrant Management - Add Registrant

In the Front End Registrant Management, how can a registrant be added? I see how this is done in the back-end but we need to add registrants from the front-end too. Thanks!

Unfortunately, we don't allow adding registrants from frontend at the moment. Something we will add support for in the future, but I think you will have to wait for about 4 weeks from today to have this feature ready
