Account approve email

how do i ensure the account activated email goes through?

when registering for the event i get the new account registration, event registration and confirmation. but when the account is paid and activated on the backend, i dont receive the activated account email

Hi

Usually, you will receive activation email which allow you to click on to activate the account. Maybe mail server doesn't work on your site and that's the reason causing the issue ?

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check and solve this issue ?
