Not All Event Data Seen After Import

Following these instructions , I've been able to import the data into my new database. Unfortunately, not ALL of the events are there. In the old database, there were over 40 events. In the new database, there are only 3. This is obviously wrong.

There are hundreds of registrants on the old database. The new one: 3.
There are six categories in the old, only 3 in the new.

So how can I make this work to where ALL data is uploaded?

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will check your data to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you

Maybe you imported data before upgrading the extension? You should re-upgrade the extension after importing the data

The upgrade was done after the importation of data. Still incomplete records.
