Hi

Please get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_eventbooking/payments folder of your site. After that, you can set payment processing fee for the payment plugin

Great, thank you. How do I get the invoice to show the additional charge and the total?

It is not possible unless you can upgrade to version 1.7.4 which I released today. Then you can use the tag [PAYMENT_PROCESSING_FEE] to display payment processing fee
