Equipment Inventory

Do you have or know of a product that allows for the maintaining of a inventory of equipment database. I have an organization that has sub organization that have different inventories. They log on and see everyone’s inventory but cannot update or change the data. Once signed in they can only change their own.
Do you have a product like this?

Unfortunately, we don't have any extension can be used for this requirement. I don't think there is any Joomla extensions support this requirement.
