JForm::getInstance could not load file on Payment

Hi folks,
I have an issue with the Stripe payment plugin in EB.
Unfortunately, this is a really pressing problem for me.
In the back-end, if I try to edit the plugin, I get the message: JForm::getInstance could not load file "

On the front-end, this Stripe Payment option is not available (obviously because of the JForm error).
Any ideas????? I cant find the plugin to reinstall it... I DID have it before (since it is installed, but now I just cant find it.
Looking in the host server directory of: /components/com_eventbooking/payments I can see a few payment plugins, but NOT the Stripe one.
This is all very weird, that it seems to have just disappeared.

I am using Joomla version 3.4.3 and Events Booking version 2.0.1.
24 hours ago, I purchased and installed the Stripe payment plugin for eShop, but I cant see that this would have caused this issue...

Hi Mike

I think the file was lost for some reasons. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can reupload it for you and it will work well

I can certainly do that, but instead, would it be possible for you to just email me the plugin so that I have a copy in case anything happens in the future???
I can then install it myself.

If you cant do this (and I understand if not), then I will then create a support ticket.......
I know you are busy, and dont want to add to your work, but if you could get back to me soon on this , I would be grateful, as I need this done as soon as I can, to get the site live

Hi Tuan,
everything is good!! Reinstalled the plugin and everything is working again.

I did not Uninstall the old plugin which was showing on the plugins page.... just reinstalled the new one.
It installed OK, and even the original configuration was all still there (must have come from the existing SQL table??)..... so, this was a very strange glitch.... but all is good now..

Love your work, your support, and your extensions.....
I know I am speaking to the converted here, but anyone who reads this, and needs an extension/component, look no further than OS Solution!
