registration form should have a responsiv design

Dear Tuan,
we found the registration form used on smart phone causes problems, because the input fields are cut and the buttons also.
It seems like it would be better if the input fields slides under the field description in this case.
We would appreciate it very much if you could solve this problem ASAP.

It should be responsive by default. Maybe there is some css conflict on your site causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page so that we can check and solve the issue for you

we use the standard joomla template beez3 on joomla 3.4.3 Stable.
