Currency input for custom field

Hello,
I'm interested in creating a custom fee field to receive additional donations from those who are registering. I'd really like it to be styled like the amount fields in the billing step (with <span class= "add-on">). Is this possible by using the "extra" field or something in the custom fields manager?

Or, even better, is there a way to move this fee field box down to live with the rest of the billing boxes? It seems like coupons are already down there, so we're not concerned about the dynamic update.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Or you will have to customize the code yourself to have this feature. However, I think you should use it as how it is because customizing the code will prevent you from updating to future release of the extension
