How to edit the number of registrants

A user has registered 8 people for one event. How can I edit the number of registrants?


This is used in case the user sends an email, telling me, only 6 people will go to the event, because 2 are sick. For example...

You need to change the setting in config, for backend list to show group members.

On What tab is it in the Configuration? Tab General or Themes?
And what is the setting called?
