Exports NOT exporting all registrants was created by IPN
What setting is there to export ALL registrants? Those registrants that are UNPUBLISHED are not being exported. I want ALL registrants exported.

We don't have any settings like that. If users register for the event using online payment method such as Paypal as doesn't actually make payment, they won't be treated as registrants and won't be exported
The only unpublished registrants which will be exported is the one who uses offline payment method for their registration

At what point does Events Booking flip the switch from "published' to "unpublished"? We received a paypal receipt for a registrant whose record was unpublished, but obviously my event manager couldn't find the record. Do you think this person completed the PayPal payment at a much later time, or what? Any suggestions for best practices?

Event Booking never changes status of a registration record from Published to Pending itself, so maybe your event manager made the change himself by mistake.

Thanks for your reply. Can you tell me when the status of the registration record is changed from unpublished to published? We had the same error happen again. I can submit a support ticket if it would be helpful to see the database.
