Pre-filling out of certain fields in front-end eve

Hey Tuan,

Would it be possible certain parts of the front-end submission form to be filled out automatically with user account details? eg "notification Email" or other stuff?

I am trying to find ways to simplify the processes that front-end submitter have to go through in order to submit an event. I am aware that if you leave it blank, then it automatically defaults to the default, however Front-end users are not always paying that much attention...

Would it be possible to set a couple of entries as REQUIRED without which the user cannot save the event?

Any ideas?

We will have to edit code. Could you please let us know which fields you want to fill-in automatically from user account so that we can look at it and implement it for you?

I need the following fields to be made required:

Description
Metadescription
Paypal email
Notification emails
User email body
User email body (offline payment)
Thank you message
Thank you message (offline payment)
Registration approved email

Would that be possible? The users who are putting in events are always forgetting these really really crucial form fields and then the money goes whereever...

Also, could I pay you to do the above AND update my current version to the latest version of event booking? Please send an email or PM with your quote.

Also a couple of bugs/ missing features:

_ Picture does not copy when you copy an event
_if you have a space in the picture, then facebook does not recognise the picture. Could it replace all spaces with _?
_invoices do not copy when you copy an event
_Pictures do not resize when you upload them.
_Front-end management does not have a "copy event"
_Front-end does not have a "Send reminder" button
_Send email again button sends email to admins again and to registrant. Why not only to registrant?

1. First of all, not all features available in backend will be available in the frontend. The feature such as copy invoices, copy event, send reminder.......I am afraid of I won't add it to the extension

2. For your need, I think you will have to find developer to customize it for you. In the next one month or so, I am having a very high workload (improvements to Events Booking and Membership Pro are needed), so I could not be available to do custom modification for you. So please help finding a developer to help you with these modifications for now and allow me to focus working to improve the products (which will benefit all customers)
