personal pdf for group registrants

Thanks @JamiRae for sharing the code. Although I could not work to add this to the download package now because I am still too busy, I promise that I will work on it after our new year holiday (it is coming in the next week, unlike most of other countries in the worlds)

You can expect it to be in the download package in the next release (in 4 weeks or so)

In the latest version, you can use the tag [GROUP_MEMBERS_NAMES], it will display name of all group members in the registration
