I found the button to reduce registration for free events, but does Eventsbooking have the feature to check out as a Guest?

If you don't want users to register for an account while registering for the event, then just go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Registration Integration, set it to No

After that, users won't have to register for an account while registering for the event

Thanks Tuan! We are using Membership Pro with EB. This means in order to receive a member discount, those members must be logged in. Turning off the EB Registration/Membership Pro Integration should not affect this as long as they are logged in as a member first, correct?

Yes, correct. If they first login then register for the event, then it will all work well
