Prevent any changes from registrants ?! was created by zesharck
Hello,
Could you explain me how to prevent any change from people already registered ?
Actually I let them acces to their history (index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=history) but the probleme is that they can change their choices in any lists or check boxes
This is a real problem for event creators to control people!!!
For example if someone select Man, England, Foot-ball during is registration, after payment, If he wants he can access to his history and chance all the options , Woman, Italia, Tennis.
When He saves his form, automatically all the registrant informations disappear and the new options take place.
Of course the price dont chance (that is OK) but it is necessary to stop other modifications.

You can get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_eventbooking/view/history/tmpl/ folder of your site. After that, the link will be removed

I am not sure as usually, you should allow registrants to update the information record (except fee fields option)

I can definitely see a use for not having a link there - I can also understand the need for a registrant to potentially "change their mind" about something, say a meal choice.
Maybe you could add an option to the menu item that has 3 choices:
Link
No Link
Link only up until cut off date
The third option would be very useful, such as in a "Choose your meal" type scenario as you would not want the registrant changing their mind after the cut off date, as that would be when you would make your final tally to give to the caterers. There are many possible scenarios that this would be very useful as well.

Sounds like another request for date-control within custom fields? That could be one step closer to my wish-list item of having fields show/activate and hide/deactivate by date
