QR code size error on invoice/ticket

Hi,

I have raised a support ticket on this issue but might be worthwhile adding to the forum.

In Registrants, when going to view the PDF of the invoice/ticket then I get a QR code size error. This worked on the previous version but now it doesn't - here's the error:

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: www.airmynvillagehall.org.uk/media/com_e...oking/qrcodes/68.png

Any ideas anyone?

I've found out that the size error is the same for ANY image/graphic on the invoice as I removed the [QRCODE] tag from the invoice layout and got a similar error for an image that is on the invoice??

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: www.airmynvillagehall.org.uk/images/headers/BannerHeader.jpg

I get the same error when registering for an event - SERIOUS PROBLEM as this is a live site so I am going to have disable registration until it is solved.

That's strange Allen. Please provide super admin account in support ticket. We are going to check and solve the issue ASAP (hopefully tonight - it is 9:30PM already and I am still have many things to do, otherwise, on tomorrow morning)

You can try to get this file (it is tcpdf library which we are using to generate invoice PDF), unzip it, upload to components/com_eventbooking folder of your site. This is older version of TCPDF which was using in older version of Events Booking

I will try to re-procedure the issue myself. If I cannot re-procedure it on my local computer, I will ask for your help so that I can check the issue directly on your site to see why it happens

Just want to update that we tested it here and it works well. Also, we don't have any customers reported issue like that, so maybe something special on your server causing the issue

We will continue to monitor it. For now, please keep a copy of the TCPDF version which I sent in this topic and re-upload it each time you update to new version of the extension

If you allow us, when your site is less busy with registration please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site to see why it doesn't work on your server..

Prefer to do that in the next 3 weeks or so because I am too busy now and after next week, we will have a new year holiday (our new year holiday comes late than new year holiday in most other countries in the world)

Could it have something related to the fact that we are also using your Services Booking system on the same site? We use this so that our users can book/hire our facilities.

It is not related. Events Booking is independent with OS Services Booking, so it must be something else. Maybe something related to server settings
