Minimum age determined by date of birth

Minimum age determined by date of birth was created by penguinhead
Is it possible to set a minimum age as at a certain date, and if they enter a date that is not old enough, they cannot continue or a message pops up to advise that they are not old enough to register for this particular event?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have any validation rule which can be use for this kind of validation
