Event booking: Double registration for a race

With the component event booking, I would need to create a double registration for a race .
Two wrestlers in a single registration fee .
I put all classical fields :
name, email , etc ...
How do I proceed to add the second athlete ?
I have to follow the path of the groups ?

I see that it can create member 1 and member 2 as attached.
