Cannot Process Registration for an event

I setup an event with paypal as payment option. But when I press process registration it is doing just a refresh of the page. What am I doing wrong?

That sounds strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site? We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you

I had a similar issue when I first started using EB. What I did to resolve it was to add another payment method eg. off-line payment. Do a registration and then remove the off-line payment method as an option. After that it worked OK.

Just a suggestion - it might not work in your case but....

I would prefer you to give me some suggestions first, before giving super user access. I would like to learn how to fix it.

I am not sure we can guide you to fix it as for special issue like that, we usually have to check it directly on the site (maybe edit code as well)

However, you can try to send us the link to the page so that we can have a quick look at it to see whether we can guide you. If not, you will need to submit a support ticket
