Invoice PDF Not Generating since Update was created by Matt Hankosky
Since applying the last update, our PDF Invoices are not generating.

It could not disable the invoice feature itself. Could you please explain what you had to enable ?

Somehow the option to generate invoice was turned off.


Is there any way to generate the missing invoices for the users that they did not generated for?

Hi Matt

There is a workaround:

1. Go to Events Booking -> Registrants, click on registration record to edit

2. Changed Published to Pending. Save the record

3. Then changed it to Active. Save the record

By doing that, the system will re-generate the invoice

Greetings, Tuan!

We had the same issue on WorldPeaceGame.org. The component stopped automatically invoicing from sometime after March 12th until March 31st. On April 1st, it started invoicing again. Not certain how or why.

We have used the workaround on this page to generate new invoices for our customers. Thank you for the tip!

Hi Winston

There was a bug related to this feature. So please make sure you download and upgrade your site to latest version 2.4.2 of Events Booking

However, if you didn't update, I could not understand why it stopped working, then started working again
