Reset hidden optional field was created by Guy Bournival
The case : The user select an option (Montagne) with optionals fields (options additionnelles and niveau habilete). See lower left rectangle. But the user change is mind and select Route option. So, optionals fields are hidden...
The problem is on the Registrant manager. The red arrow show the result. It should be the green arrow result.
Optional fields are not 'reset' when they are hidden. Is it possible to reset unselected optional fields?

Hi Guy
Before I check the issue, could you please first upgrading your site to latest version 2.4.1 and check it again first? The extension didn't support custom fields dependency in backend registrants management, and I only added support for it recently
That might be the reason causing the issue
Regards,
Tuan

Good news and bad news...
I upgrade to latest version.
The good news :
On registrants back-side : it work well and hidden fields are not presented now; It's more better!
The bad news :
On Export registration, the problem is still there. Hidden fields are not reset...

Hi Guy
That's quite difficult to handle at the moment, sorry. I will have to review the code carefully to fix the issue. Basically, we should not save data for a custom fields if it is hided
I don't think I can update the package with a hot fix. Need to have time to review this carefully to avoid making existing features broken. I will leave it to the next release 2.4.2. Hope that's OK for you
