I've v1.7.4 , are there some new features about qrcode use ?

The QRCode feature is only added to Events Booking version 2.1.0 (please see joomdonation.com/forum/events-booking-ge...-2-1-0-released.html )

So if you want to use QRCode feature, you will need to update your site to latest version of Events Booking instead of using that old version (1.7.4)
