css alignment issue on form

hi.. I think my template CSS may be causing issues with my registration form layout. I can't seem to get the dollar sign symbol to line up on the same line as the input form. see attached screenshot.

is there something I can do to resolve this?

Okay, thanks Tuan! I'm going to see if I can figure it out because I want to modify the registration form a bit anyhow so I may change it up in the template, but if not I'll send in a support ticket.
