Registration not working

Registration not working was created by Arthur Sexton
We have seasonal events and when I added the ones for this year and tested registration, it goes to a blank page and the registration is not added to the database nor is an email sent. Ideas? Help? I just tried to upgrade to the latest version and still have the same error.

I should have mentioned, this is for Event Booker.

Please submit a support ticket:

1. Sending us super admin account of your site

2. Send us the link to the registration page

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
