How can I do export the csv file to xls?
Automatically to download the file to xls?
My client is a bit clumsy and can not convert.

As far as I've seen, EventBooking only dumps records into a text-formatted, non-proprietary csv file.
You will have to manually do the conversion using Excel or another spreadsheet app, or via one of the online converters that you can find via Google by searching for "CSV to XLS".

James is correct. However, we have plan to implement this feature into version 2.5.0 of Events Booking

So for now, please use it as how it is. On version 2.5.0, we should have the export to XLS implemented.
