Hello, I am using using Event Booking for the first time and I have a few question.

1. I have two events set to "Group Only" registration. However, when I do that, the registration button disappears and there is still an individual price shown in the table to the right. Right now, I can only get a register button to show up when I set an event to "Individual only" or "Individual and Group."

2. Is there supposed to be a place where groups enter the individual info? That doesn't show up when I set an event to both "Individual and Group"

Hi Matt

The reason is because you enable shopping cart feature. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option activate shopping cart, set it to No

After that, check it again, it should all work as expected

Wow, that did it! Thanks!

What do we do if individuals/groups want to register for more than one event??

Also, the "individual price" is still listed for a group only event. Is there a way to hide or remove that?

Hi Matt

1=> When you disable shopping cart feature, users can only register for one event at a time. It is not possible to register for multiple events

2=> Sorry, it is not possible to hide it. Actually, it is not just "individual price", it is the price will be used to calculate registration fee if you don't setup group registration rate for the event

Thank you again for the clarification. My client was insistent on the change of that word so I just changed the string from "Individual Price" to "Price" in the language file. :)

Actually, you don't have to edit language file to change it. You can go to Events Booking -> Translation, find the text and change it from there (from backend of your site)
