I am setting up an event booking site for a children's program. I would like to use group registration to allow a family of children to be quickly registered, and not require common information (such as address, parents details, permissions) to be entered multiple times.
I am currently using group registration, which works really well for the front end, but is not so useful for compiling registrant's details, as you get separate rows for group members (kids) and billing details (parents). Is there any way to join these, so that the billing information is visible from the group member record?
I've looked through the support documentation and settings, and can't find anything. I can see how to exclude billing or group member information from the registrants list or CSV export, but not how to merge or join them. If there's no easy way I may have to look at merging the information in a spreadsheet.
