Multiple Attachments

Hey Tuan,

I'm having an issue with multiple file attachments in an event. They appear to attach fine, but the link it creates actually combines the file instead of using a pipe ( | ) to separate them.

The link created is:
www.focussleepschool.com/media/com_event...yllabus-ACB-2016.pdf

This error is causing registration emails not to get sent out. Can you please see what's happening?

I'm using version 2.4.3.

I appreciate the response, but I'm already using 2.4.3. The update was the first thing I tried.

Any other ideas? It's not an "oh my God this is a crisis" moment yet, but it may get to that point before long.

Hi Jonathan

We just fixed that issue yesterday (it is a hot fix, I don't release new version of the extension for that fix). So please re-download the latest version from My Downloads section, upgrade it to your site

After that, the issue should be sorted

I did the update about ten minutes before I submitted the post to the forum. But, I just retried it to make sure, and I'm still getting the problem.

I tried to remove the attachments from the event, save it, and re-attach them; but I'm still getting the same result.

I'm not sure what's happening. Thanks for the help!

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. I will check it directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
