Not Sending Email / Not Displaying Registrants?

Hello, We are experiencing a few issues that we have gotten hung-up on.

Event Booking doesn't seem to be sending emails. Email works from within the main site when users are registered and such, however; supper-users, nor group registrant or group members get emails after registering.

Attached is a screen shot of our mail settings in Event Booking.


Also Registrants isn't populating in the Registrant Manager, or the Dashboard, I've confirmed the database and all group registrant data is in the table but not being presented.

Please let me know if I can provide any more information.

Hi Jason

What's the payment method you are using? It seems you are using PayPal? if so, please :

1. Go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes

2. Try to register for the event, complete payment

3. Then submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site

I am going to check the IPN logs to see why it happens and guide you to work on it further
