Registration code in Google Analytics but no new r

Hi Tuan,

EDIT: It's OK, I looked in PHPmyadmin adn the registration codes exist. I guess some customers just leave the page open, and flick onto the page again at a later date.

while viewing the real time activity on the site using Google Analytics, I occasionally see a registration code appear. I jump to the back end, and nothing new appears in the Registrants list??!?

Can you explain how this might be happening? Are registrations somehow getting lost?

Hi Donal

What payment method you are using? If the registrant uses PayPal for example, and don't complete payment, then the record won't be displayed in the backend of your site
