Allow users setup events from front?

Hi
I read what you wrote on Common Problems - Solutions, how to allow the EB users to setup events from front-end
1. Go to Event Booking ->Configuration, find the config option "Users/Groups can add events from front-end", enter ID of users or groups you want to allow submit events from frontend .

I searched all the config, I cant find this option
I have the Event Booking version 2.5.0,
May you update your tips?

That's outdated. Here is the correct instructions eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/frontend-items/submit-event , please follow it to setup and it will work well
