Wait list for ticket types was created by jkosick
Can the wait list feature be extended to the ticket types? We need thus feature as we get cancelations for and need to move people to the courses when they cancel.

I must be honest that it is quite hard and I could not work on it for now. There are other features I want to focus working on first.
