Module "choose a category" stopped working

Hi,

On brummencultuur.nl/agenda , there is a "choose a category" module (top left column).
It has suddenly stopped working - I don't know exactly when this happened exactly, possibly after the last update, which I did on January 3rd.

I can't find what is causing this...
There are nine categories, all set to public, no parent-category, and as far as I can see, nothing has been changed there. It has always worked flawlessly.
