I think it happens because that event has same Alias with one of the event you created in the past
The easiest way to solve this issue is going to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at SEF router settings tab, set Insert Event ID parameter to Yes
Then check it again. The issue should be gone

Tuan

1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to the page
3. Tell us what we need to do to see the error
We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Tuan

I get this message too and my registration isn't set to expire and I did go into delete urls. I ended up copying the same event and then my registration page is fine, and unpublished the one that was working up until today. I am not at capacity for it to no longer accept registration and when clicking on configuration, have a "Error
You are not authorised to view this resource.
Event Booking version 3.12.3, Copyright (C) 2010 - 2020 Ossolution Team"
How can I be sure this doesn't happen randomly when I need registrations to come in.
Thanks,
Marcy

I did do that, but that didn't change anything.
