Events Based on Ip location

Hy there, is there any module or feature that allows events to be shown based of the ip of a particular user, for example, eventbrite www.eventbrite.com/
on their homepage they list only events from that particular city and or country
-if not, can this be build by you as a plugin/addon?
-does it require a 3rd party plugin that has ip database?

1. Unfortunately, this feature is not supported by Events Booking, so you will need to build it yourself if you want to have this feature

2. The idea is you will need to get IP of visitor, then find out where they come from and then show events base on their location, so Yes, you will need to use a plugin which has IP database
