We are creating a new category that I need to collect additional registration information at the time of registration. I need basically two fields (maybe three). They select the first field (a list) and then, based on that selection, they need to be able to select from a second set of options.
Example:
Select Sign Type (list of available sign types)
Select Sign Designs (list of designs associated with the selected sign type)
I was able to create the Sign Type (which worked). I then created two additional fields (one for each of the sign types in my test) and I tried to select "Depend On" and then selected Sign Type as the Depend On. It then showed me two check boxes for Depend On options. I selected the appropriate option for each Sign Type design field, but when I only select one check box and save, it doesn't save the selection. It doesn't show the field and when I go back in to edit the checkbox is no longer selected.
