You can change the email sent for each event!
Just look for the proper fields in the [ Advanced Settings ] tab when you are editing an event .
You might want to copy-and-paste your existing text from [ Event Booking -> Emails & Messages ] so that you have a 'template' to start from.

Just want to correct that these email messages are now in a separate Messages tab, not in Advanced Settings tab anymore

Tuan

I created a separate notification template for the confirmation mail for an specific event.
But it always uses the global template.
The shopping cart function is deactivated.
Are there other settings which have to be considered for separate notifications per event?

Hello Patrik
That's all you need to do. How do you know that it's always use global message? Please try to make the message in the event longer (if it's too short, for example, just a short text like this is a message for testing, then Events Booking will ignore it)
You can submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account
2. Tell us what we need to do to see that error
We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted. I believe it's just something wrong with the setting
Regards,
Tuan

Hello Tuan
Thanks for the quick answer.
It works now. I made a mistake.
I have set up the individual template for the wrong message
and only very short entries are used for the tests.
