Hi there, is there a way so I can prevent bookings that have no invoice attached to them form being exported in the export file?

It's do we know if a booking has not attached invoice? it's registration for a free event? Or people register for these events, but don't make payment?

Hi Tuan, this is for people who try to register for an event and want to pay via PayPal or 2Checkout but then stop the payment proces and thus cancel the reservation.

Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set the config option Show incomplete payment records to Yes

Then check it again, it should work as expected

I do notice that the details of group bookings are not exported. is this correct or can I change in config?

You can change it, too. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Include Group Members records in Registrants Management to Yes and the group booking details will be included
