I created an event using the early bird discount prior to the 3.7.1 update. Registrants for the event are not showing in my registrants list. When I'm viewing my list of events I can see there are 2 registrants but the list is empty. I updated to 3.7.1 on my dev site and then registered for an event set up with the discount and it appeared to work correctly; my registration showed in the list.
I have updated to 3.7.1 on my live site but the discount registrations are still not showing, but I have not had any additional registrations yet. Just the 2 original.
Will future discount registrations show now that I have updated? Is there anyway to make the previous registrations show?
I have Include Group Members records in Registrants Management set yes as well as Show Incomplete payment records set to yes. I still cannot see the registrants that used the early bird discount.
I received the successful registration email with the transaction ID from Authorize.net so they did make a payment.
Honestly, I have no clue about it. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and give us some information about that registrant (Transaction ID, First Name, Last Name, Email) so that we can try to check to see whether there is any record like that recorded in the database
