advance payment possible ?

Hi,

I'm looking for an "advance payment" option for a event but I have not found it.
I don't want that the person pays the total price of the event, but just an advance payment when he registers.
Is it possible ?

What's advance payment option you are looking for? Maybe you are talking about deposit payment? If so, please try to follow instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-setup/deposit-payment and setup it

But is it possible to force the deposit payment by default in an event ? (and not to allow the registrant to choose the payment method)

No, we don't allow forcing it. However, you can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Default Payment Type config option to Deposit Payment so that Deposit payment will be selected by default. That should work better fir your need
