Is there a tutorial for setting up the tickets in eb?
I would like it to show the number of people booked, the amount paid.

We don't really have tutorial. Not sure what tickets you are talking about? Is it PDF ticket?

Yes. PDF tickets.
Set through EB configuration.

Hi Alison

Not sure if I understand your need correctly, but for showing number people, try to use [NUMBER_REGISTRANTS] tag. For showing amount paid, use [AMOUNT] tag

Almost all the tags are the same with invoice (which is described here eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...ation#supported-tags )

For ticket pdf, it has extra tag [TICKET_NUMBER]

Please try that and let us know if you need more help

Hi Tuan

I have set it up, but when I did a test registration the pdf ticket was not attached to the confirmation email sent to the registrant.

any ideas?

Hi Alison

You need to edit the actual event, Activate Tickets PDF option for that event (only enable it in Configuration is not enough)

Please try that and let us know if it works

Hi Tuan

It is working pretty well, I have put in the [TICKET_NUMBER] tag,
It is naming the PDF file with the correct ticket number
But on the actual ticket it is just putting 00000 (rather than the actual ticket number of

00046)

Any suggestions?

Must be something wrong with the setup somehow. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site
2. Link to the page which we can register for the event and see the error

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted.

Did this get solved? I have the same issue. If a group registers, its lists zeros on the ticket number and "download ticket" in the backend registrants list. If an individual registers, everything is fine.
