Recurring event setting - last Sunday

I have a recurring event that happens on the last Sunday of the month. It looks like I can set an event to the fourth Sunday or the fifth Sunday but that doesn't work because the "last" Sunday could be either fourth or fifth. It changes from month to month. Can I do this or does that need to go on the Wishlist?
