VAT in EU

Hello,
I do not know how to handle the problem of VAT. I am in Europe and my events are open to national, European and international people and companies.
I need to provide an invoice:
- with the amount excluding tax plus the amount of taxes and the final amount (amount excluding taxes plus taxes) for companies in my country,
- but I have to provide invoices with only the amount without taxes for the other European countries (each country applies its own VAT).

I think I'm not the only European to use this component, how are you doing?

Currently, Events Booking does not support EU Tax Rules. However, there were two customers paid for the development of the extension, so I am hoping to have it supported in version 3.9.0 of Events Booking (will take few weeks)

For now, it's not possible to setup Events Booking to have it compatible with this rule

I'm sorry but we haven't had this feature integrated into the extension yet. We might have it available in 3.10.0 (the code is ready and used by a customer, but I need to integrate it into core package so that it can be turned on/off if needed). Not many customers need this option

We haven't had a chance to add this feature into core yet as it's quite complicated and I don't want to break any existing behavior

If you really need this feature, we can discuss about it. However, it will cost you about 130$ or so, quite expensive to have us work on the customized code to bring it up o date with this latest version of Events Booking

We can talk about the cost without a problem. Our need is the following, for our events we have 2 types of participants:
- French residents or French companies. They must pay an invoice with the French VAT: price + tax VAT = final price.
- Foreign residents or companies. They must pay an invoice without taxes.
