Export Group Registrants Name and Email

Hi I couldn't find an answer on the forum for this so I am starting a thread

I just wanted to know if it is possible when exporting registrants to include the details, such as names and emails of the registrants in the group booking? At the moment on the export spreadsheet all I get is the name and email of the person who has made the booking along with the number of people included in their booking. I need a list of all names and emails of everyone in each group booking for certificates that will be provided at the event.

Hi Damien

Yes. It's configurable. You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Export Registrants Settings tab, set Export Group Member Records config option to Yes and group members will be exported

You might want to set Export Group Billing Records to No to remove group billing records from the exported result as well

Hi Tuan,

thanks for your speedy reply. I have the issue resolved thanks to your help. I had the options checked in the Configuration > Export Registrants Settings but where I was going wrong was in the export section. I was checking the registrants along the left and exporting them. This just exported the registrants who made the booking and omitted the registrants in the group booking. I hope this makes sense,
