Number of people of enrolled doesn't match people enrolled on the list.

We have a problem with the number of people showed to have enrolled to a activity doesn't match the people on the list. For example on one activity the number of people enrolled is showed to be 46 people. While it's 51 people on the list of people enrolled to that activity then we look at the list. We allow sign up both as individual and as groups. We have duplicates but it is only two people so it doesn't add up to the differences on that course, also those duplicates have unique id:s. We also have checked if the problem is if groups is only counted as one sign up or if it only counts unique e-mails but it doesn't add up to the difference. The same problem exist in both frontend and backend that the number of attendance is seen to be 46. While in frontend we also have the problem that you can only see the people that have enrolled as individual not the people that attended as group if you click on show list. While in frontend you can see all 51 people who have signed up by choosing to export enrolled to a Excel document.

Hope someone can help.

Hello Niclas

I believe it's just something wrong with the setting.Could you please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set :

- Include Group Billing Records in registrants management to No
- Include Group Members Records in registrants management

Then check the records displayed in Registrants Management for that record again. It should match the number

It didn't work, the same problem exists. Another thing I might add is that it seems to constantly show too low number of participants compared to the people on the list.

You can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Tell us ID of the event which has this wrong number

We will check to see what's wrong and get it configured properly for you
