Custom field not printing

I have set up a custom field called vehicle_reg and for one of the events I set the ticket to include [VEHICLE_REG]
However it is not printing out that item?

The name of field is vehiclereg, so the tag name should be [VEHICLEREG] instead of [VEHICLE_REG]

Could you please make the change, then check it again ?

Sorry my mistake, I had tried changing it so the screenshots are correct and I have tried setting it as [VEHICLEREG] with no luck.

I have no clue about the error. For this, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me ID of the registration record which I can download ticket to see the error

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
